Asp.Versioning.OpenAPI 10 non-rc release

Big thank you for all the work on this lib!

The corresponding ticket on the aspnetcore repo https://GitHub.com/dotnet/aspnetcore/issues/66408 that was the reason for the OpenAPI package being in RC rather than full release has been closed and put in dotnet 11, not 10. Are you planning on rereleasing the OpenAPI package without the RC label now?

Yes. I'm actively working on it now. The issue was whether there would be any changes that would negate the use of Reflection. It seems we will not get a servicing release in .NET 10 that will provide the necessary changes. It is being spearheaded for .NET 11. I've incorporated a few other suggestions to improve the required Reflection support in the current implementation along with a couple of minor fixes. I expect to have the final release out this week. Stay tuned!
