paddle-sdk generates deprecation warnings in node 22

Running a project that imports the latest release 0.4.2of paddle-sdk generates warnings in Nodejs 22:

(node:27925) [DEP0040] DeprecationWarning: The `punycode` module is deprecated. Please use a userland alternative instead.

The bundled punycode module was deprecated in Node.js 22.

paddle-sdk indirectly imports the bundled punycode module via the node-fetch dependency. The full path is:

I have noticed that in the repository the dependency on node-fetch was removed. I think it's a good idea because now the fetch API is available in Node.js as a built-in object.

Maybe this warrants a new release of paddle-sdk?
