Deprecate the git_backend #62
Description
PyTerraBackTYL has now had two cases where the Git based backend has had the potential of introducing unnecessary risk into the system. Additionally, Git is fundamentally the wrong place to save Terraform state. #61 has been opened for users who want their Terraform state to have versioning.
