add gallery images

I want a gallery of images that will be used for the repo. None of these should overlap with the images that we plan to submit in the final paper.

• Video of sonicated EEG. Probably the N2O Data, with all plots enabled
• Video of rotating spectrogram in the default configuration
• Video of rotating spectrogram in a rotating view
• Still image of DSA
• Image of the CSV output with conditional formatting
• 3D print image from STL output
