report: validate worker key on scheduler.cycloid.io:32223

1/ idea would be to validate a connexion on the scheduler from the worker

Something like ssh -p 32223 scheduler.cycloid.io -i worker_key

2/ Add curl on TSA/concourse API https://concourse.infra.cycloid.io/api/v1/info
