Describe the bug

in minecart, i want to be able to filter deployments shown based on metadata. e.g. "master" branch, or any given branch really. date, based filters, or complex filters connected to a policy would be nice as well. the obvious api would be a cel expression input, but i'm open to more efficient suggestions as well

thanks for adding this to deployments. i'm sure that would be useful at some point. however, i actually wanted it on deploymentversions. 'e.g. "master" branch'. in my head i call them 'services' and 'deployments' but i know they're 'deployments' and 'deploymentversions/versions' internally
