Corelight Client CLI isn't installed properly on Windows 10

Corelight client CLI isn't insatlled properly on Windows 10 - I have installed python3.9 from the windows store and installing the package from source or from pip results in weird behavior from the corelight-client CLI command - I am prompted to open the `corelight-client` CLI script that is installed when running `corelight-client --help`.
