HTML Reporter fixes and improvements

When running tests using run-workers, noticed something

• only some items show the correct feature name perhaps from the same worker, others from other workers show Unknown Feature
• Steps details from Unknown Feature item lost all steps info
• test history chart looks a bit blurry, maybe increase the resolution for the chart improve UI/UX
• add button to go to top of page to improve UI/UX
• some HTML Reporter: are still visible when not using --verbose or --debug mode
