[FEAT] Add a withdraw interface with supported functionality

• This has to be done for withdrawing SOL held in the tiplik account to the native solana wallet that the user owns and is connected to our platform
• Take reference of https://tiplink.io/ withdraw interface, we only need to support the "To a connected wallet" option for now
