Check the DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL and SERVER_EMAIL variables #2216

About the following PR:

I am not sure this change is correct. Its my understanding SERVER_EMAIL is the from email used if error occur on the server ( send to ops or developer folks ). Were as DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL is for site correspondence, for example registration, password reset etc.
We need to check if this change was correct or not.
