Could you please give me a detailed spoonfeeding steps?

Sir I am really excited to get this run on my pc. But I am not a developer so could you tell me all the detail steps from zero.
As I know I could do it very quickly and learn a lot from it too!
If you would help me it would be very well appreciated.
Please give me all steps as I am running Windows 10 Plex media server.
