Fix Light mode not applying in the code review UI on macOS

Fix the code review UI on macOS so selecting Light under Settings → Theme immediately applies Light mode. Currently, the review UI remains dark after the user selects Light.

The installation command is unknown, so the fix should be verified against a current supported Plannotator installation on macOS.

Acceptance criteria

• Selecting Settings → Theme → Light in the code review UI immediately changes the review surface to Light mode on macOS.
• The selected Light mode remains active after closing and reopening the review UI.
• Dark and System mode selection continues to work in the review UI.
• Automated regression coverage verifies that selecting Light applies the expected theme state and classes.

Closing this one out. We reworked the theme machinery in v0.24.0 (#1015) and Light applies correctly in the review UI on macOS in our verification, so this may already be resolved on your end after an update.

One suspicion worth checking: some of the looks are dark-only by design (Dracula, for example), so selecting Light while one of those is active will not produce a light surface. If that is your setup, it is working as intended today, but I am happy to add light variants for whatever look you prefer. Let me know which one you are using.
