Add automatic "adhoc" label + estimate for Claude.md maintanance workflow #248
Description
The claude-md-maintenance.yml automatically creates a PR with updated Claude.md file, but for most repositories the PR fails as it doesn't have any zenhub issue connected to it.
Update the claude-md-maintenance.yml to automatically set the tag and estimate. The estimate will be tricky to do, as it is not a github native field but instead imported from Zenhub.
