Since the libiceberg-bundle depends on arrow::fs::FileSystem, I think the right direction would be extending arrow::fs::FileSystem to support Aliyun OSS and then enable libiceberg-bundle to use it. It seems that this feature can be maintained out of this repo.

I think we can close this issue since S3 FileIO support has already been merged. See #548
