Found the problem with my custom built static version of the library, but the behaviour is the same for the officially distributed .dll version.
I just wanted to give the users of my app the ability to choose between the different LAPACK implementations (currently MKL is used). May be MKL doesn't give the best performance on AMD hardware, but at least it doesn't crash.
