AMD Quark Release 0.9 download no longer available on official page

I believe I downloaded the specific Release 0.9 zip file from the AMD Quark page,
which is seems disappeared from the web page now.

Are there any issues that 0.9 disappeared from the page?
Below is a whl file with sha256 checksum I downloaded from AMD Quark page.
