Sync API calls duplicates

Hello Looks like SDK has big bug in the "POST" for alert provisioning. For the sync version it looks like it sends duplicate request and I am getting denied.

You can reproduce it by runnig grafana locally sending request via your SDK and it send 1. Create and second got 409 conflict as duplicate. I would make a MR but it looks like this project/sdk is not maintained anymore.

I didn´t have much time to raise a PR but in a sync flow:
1/ call_the_api and check_api_response methods you take request -> save to variable and imiddietaly throw it away -> check_api_response in that case runs duplicate request.

2/ Calls for "get_contact_points" if ntohing is returned raise an error and i would say it should return either "Non" or empty list and do not raise an error :D

3/ I had to start bypassing the SDK as the "notification" policies can´t be filtered by name, I need to get active alerts from alert manager and so on and I didn´t see that the SDK would implement all this stuff.

• as I opened offiical swagger for grafana I can see that alert-provisioning for new alerts is depreceated so I am not sure how up to date the lib is :)
