Pumping RFTools dimlets from a chest to a cabinet manager creates massive tick lag

I tried using translocators to move RFTools dimlets from a chest to a cabinet manager (from Storage Cabinets) but my tick time jumps to 400+ms when I activate the translocators.

Notice 420ms tick at the top left.
I also noticed mekanism pipes cause lag spikes when pumping items into the same block, might be a problem with Storage Cabinets mod itself.
