[Feature Request] Skip existing series during batch download

Currently, when I attempt to batch download a group of series where some have already been downloaded, Komelia downloads everything regardless. It unnecessarily re-downloads existing content.

It would be great to implement a check to verify existing files and skip duplicates during batch downloads.
