Feature Request: Custom Colours

Hi!

Once again, awesome project. Thank you very much for making something like this for Mantine.

I think there could be value in allowing the user to provide custom colours, perhaps even incorporating the Mantine Colours Generator, so that people can test their own colour schemes against the interface, while still following the rules that you have set up in the theme generation (specifically the shadcn theme rules).

@Abhishek-S-Lal I've just made use of the mantine colours generator library recently. For reference, if it helps:

import { generateColorsMap } from '@mantine/colors-generator';

const hexString = "#FFFFFF";
const { colors, baseColorIndex } = generateColorsMap(hexString);

// colors = MantineColorsTuple
// baseColorIndex = MantineTheme.primaryShade index

Could be tied to a mantine colour picker.
