Hi, I have just installed a new Gree Aircon and get the following error when trying to add the new Aircon Unit,

"Unable to connect to the device. Please check the network connection and try again."

I have other Gree Aircon units and they connect fine so know my settings are correct.

Only thing that i can see different is other aircon units have Firmware Update V2.01 and Model Version V19.4

The new unit has Firmware Update V3.10 and Model Version V19.4 (Model ID is 10001

All units connect perfectly to the Gree App and work fine.

Anyone else have this issue and have found a work around?
