Add J604 Speaker Cable Assembly, #331

The Krake Schematic and therfor BOM has no way to connect an external speaker at J604

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
To connect a speaker to the Krake a J604 requires a 2mm JST connector cable assembly.
Here is an assembly I think will work:

- This assembly must be added to the Krake Schematic.
- This assembly must be added to the Krake final assembly BOM / Parts List.
- This assembly must be added to the Krake Factory Test and assembly documentation.
- This assembly must be added to the Krake HardwareX article.
This cable assembly will be soldered to the speaker lugs.
