fix(blog): recover 7 dropped gallery screenshots in community-theme post

The Wix->MDX migration dropped the 7-screenshot gallery in the Overview
section (it sat mid-prose between two paragraphs, leaving no empty
heading). Re-added the full-res images as inline -1..-7 with descriptive
alt text. Bumps the .claude submodule (gallery gotcha doc).
