Evaluation: Improve UI usability issues

Is your feature request related to a problem?
There are several UI issues in the evaluation flow that hinder usability: the Max Results value overlaps with the Knowledge Base ID, the date and time of evaluation runs are missing, and the prompt preview section is limited in content.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Adjust the UI to ensure Max Results and KB ID are clearly readable without overlap.
2. Add date and time information for evaluation runs in the UI.
3. Enhance the prompt preview section by:
   • Increasing the visible area
   • Making it scrollable for longer content
   • (Optional) Adding an expand/collapse or “View Full Prompt” option

Describe the current behavior
There are a few UI issues and improvement areas in the evaluation flow:

1. The Max Results value is overlapping with the Knowledge Base ID, making it hard to read.
2. The date and time for evaluation runs are not visible, which makes it difficult to track when evaluations were executed.
3. The prompt preview section shows limited content, preventing users from fully reviewing the prompt configuration.

Describe the enhancement you'd like

1. Fix the UI layout so that Max Results and KB ID do not overlap and are clearly readable.
2. Display date and time information for evaluation runs in the UI.
3. Improve the prompt preview section by:

• Increasing its visible area
• Making it scrollable for long content
• (Optional) Adding an expand/collapse or “View Full Prompt” option
