We need to optionally include business key(s) fields from the hub that links the satellites as an extra table input source for the Sorted Schema Merge transform.
It's always going to be the same, not responsible for a version change but some people will want it in the resulting SCD2 table to do calculations on.
I also want an option on the Field Mapping tab to optionally not load the listed field (only make it available for calculations).
