Create a phar file

To avoid dependency conflicts, a phar file should be used instead of installing it as a direct dependency.

If anyone has experience with adding the build (the phar) to a release, any help is appreciated, I struggle with getting this to work. Generating the phar is already done.

A phar file is created as part of the release process and attached to the release.

I might investigate how to register this with Phive.
