UI: complex topologies are difficult to read

For more complex topologies that feature dense service meshes, it's difficult to say which service is linked to which service from the UI's Topology due to overlapping edges between nodes.

We're keeping this issue open just to test the new drawing algorithm a bit more on other topologies before calling this issue complete
