How to setup in example project?

As usage of decorators with TypeScript is relatively new, can you tell, how to make compiler happy, e.g. when using https://github.com/frankwallis/plugin-typescript/tree/master/examples/angular with import {module} from "angular-decorators";

I do not see a single to to import with ///<reference ... in jspm
