Add version to templates/method/version/geom

It would be great to add version in magnetsetup.json to deal with json format changes in feelpp
I propose to move from actual config: template/method/geom
to: template/method/version/geom

This will bring backward compatibility and will ease the use of hifimagnet old cases for 3D geoms
