Description
when adding a magnet to a site which is not in operation
the magnet is deleted from the magnet.site connectivity table if magnet was already part of a previous site
This behaviour is different from part/magnet.
Adding a part to a magnet fails if this part is already in operation in an other magnet.
This should be the default behaviour also for magnet/site
