Static serving broken in Windows

Hello,

This seems like a great crate! I would prefer to use it over rust-embed and memory-serve, yet, it seems serving paths in Windows is broken.

thread 'tokio-runtime-worker' (8388) panicked at C:\Users\Markus\.cargo\registry\src\index.crates.io-1949cf8c6b5b557f\static-serve-0.5.0\src\lib.rs:93:12:
Paths must start with a `/`

Thanks for the info! We don't actually have a way to test the crate on Windows, but if you want to fix this, we'd love a PR!
