Somef codemeta extraction on authors and maintainers #892
Description
The owner is usually extracted as author in codemeta. However, in some cases this is not correct, as an organization may be were all repos are set. And an organization fits more as the owner.
We should adapt the https://schema.org/owner relationship to make sure this is translated accordingly.
