Member Search Mobile Forced Refresh #362
Description
When searching someone on Blade, it forces a refresh on UI and X width is quite rough on mobile.
We should remake this entire UI and also clean up the search method to not force a refresh and reset the UI
The video shows me writing and every letter I put forces a refresh and kicks me off the keyboard. This is not me pressing enter.
