StartsWith EndsWith in search

How do I display all properties that start with "Q"?
I'm looking at this https://github.com/KirillOsenkov/MSBuildStructuredLog/wiki/Search-Syntax and I don't see a way to do this.
$property Q gives me substring search in property names and values both.

There's no way currently

The current syntax allows to narrow down to property names, values or both:
$property name=foo value=bar

Need to think about what the syntax would be for this

Probably $property name="q*" would be the most intuitive
