[Bug]: strange error log message

What happened?

174933.548 ERROR src/caps/caps.rs:766 ....config/refact/providers.d/defaults.yaml:0 "provider instance id 'defaults' is reserved"

this is file in the user config folder, providers.d, as i can see, it is corresponds with UI: 'default models', and, if moved, they go away. but if this predefined file should be here, why error?

Steps to reproduce

1. configure default models.
2. start vscode
3. show log
4. profit
