[BUG] 弹窗和输入法层级问题

请提供下述完整信息以便快速定位问题 / Please provide the following information to quickly locate the problem

• 系统环境 / System Environment：macOS 26.3

• TTime版本号 / TTime Version：0.9.15

• 问题描述 / Description of the issue：
  打开这个选项 输入法在 弹出框的下面
  如果不打开的话是正常的 但不能在当前窗口弹出
  我已经试过自带输入法和新装的手心输入法都有这个问题
