Enable/disable gripper from gripper page

Enable or disable the gripper from the gripper page. Will need to refresh params after enabling/disabling the gripper.

You need to add related functions to the gripper controller to enable or disable the gripper. The controller should handle all parameters, you shoudn't be refreshing params on the gripper page as that's refreshing the entire aircraft's params.
