BATS updates

1. The derecho-intel-cmake.sh file can't find the derecho-intel-modules file when running for some reason.
2. Tests in BATS are static and stored in the BATS directory, they should be pulled from CISM to have the most recent updates.
3. Make a PR back to main BATS with Derecho updates
