Poking with finger does a double tap and middle finger doesn't work

Finger tapping through button taps a second time on the way back.
Middle fingers don't work when pressing buttons.

I will have a look at this if I can figure it out - sounds like the collider is popping through the physics body, and another collider needs to be setup for the middle finger

Double presses are fixed now -

I'm hesitant to try and add middle finger pressing, because that might re-introduce double presses, and its complicated enough already with just one finger.

If we really want middle finger presses, please add a separate issue.
