How do I run the tool on OSX?

I downloaded the https://github.com/CycloneDX/cyclonedx-cli/releases/download/v0.32.0/cyclonedx-osx-arm64 but it;s unclear how to use it. I would have expected/wished for a brew install type command on OSX!

I did try to add a chmod +x to the download and run it and get this alarming message:

argh, and then I scrolled and found https://github.com/CycloneDX/cyclonedx-cli#homebrew

maybe put the how to download and run at the top of the README?
