There are several CCO classes that seem to be very domain-specific, and as such, do not seem like good candidates for CCO mid-level ontologies. A few of these are included in the list that follows as higher-priority, given that the way they are modeled and defined continues to cause headaches.

Additional Comments: One could make the case that not all missiles are precision-guided, and also that whether a missile is precision-guided is context-dependent. What could have been considered “precise” when it was first introduced may no longer meet current expectations for precision, and there is no universally-accepted technical threshold for what it means for the guidance to be precise, especially over time.
