Getting a YPOD with this message
The item 'config/settings.json' could not be found. Container: json https://xxx1.blob.core.windows.net/json

In the web.config file, try to changing the value of "JsonRepositoryType" from "azureblob" to "json". Otherwise, the default setting will thought you have data in the azureblob
