Describe the bug
When a player is kicked out of a match or logs out, they will not lose their items, even if they have enabled "Kill on Logout" mode.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Enable Kill on Logout in the config
- Hit a player and force them out of the game, or kick that player.
- That player will not drop items.
Expected behavior
I want them to drop their belongings when they escape or get kicked.
