Students can place wires from one breadboard hole to another

• Breadboard holes will be aligned according to the grid
• Breadboard holes will be highlighted before they are dropped
• Clicking/tapping will create new corners so that wires are generally orthogonal
• Care must be taken to differentiate wire corner placement and final wire placement
• A proof of concept has been provided showing how to place wires, and corners of wires (though only in vanilla JS and SVG)
