accessing a certain number of frames from a trajectory file stored in s3

Hello,

Can someone tell me whether I can access a certain number of frames from a trajectory file stored in s3 (aws, oracle, etc.), without needing to download the entire trajectory file onto my own disk? If so, any instruction or sample code snippet would be greatly appreciated.
