iOS 11 Webview does not support WebRTC. So Chrome/Edge on iOS does not work.

FYI, Chrome/Edge on iOS is just Safari wrapped as a component, i.e. Webview. This is a restriction implied by Apple iTunes Store, no app can bring their own browser engine.
